Refund policy

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

At Tailwind Nutrition Australia, we prioritise ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our website, please reach out to us directly at info@tailwindnutrition.com.au. Include your order number and any relevant details in your communication.

 

Damaged Products:

For damaged products received, please provide high-quality photos clearly showing the damage. We will promptly address and resolve the issue.

 

In-Store Purchases:

For purchases made in-store, kindly liaise directly with the store from which the product was originally purchased for all returns and exchanges. Since the transaction occurred through the store, we are unable to process refunds directly.

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds for in-store purchases, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for water bottles, soft flasks, speed cups, or swim caps.

 

Refund Process:

If your purchase was more than 30 days ago and/or your product is expired, we are unable to process a refund. If your purchase was less than 30 days ago, we will gladly work with you to arrange a refund or credit depending on the situation. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or store credit are issued upon receiving the returned product at our facility. The processing time for refunds is within 24 hours of product receipt.
